It is the responsibility of all participants to make their way to the adventures start point and from finish point unless advised otherwise.

 

ACCOMMODATION

Dark Light Landscape tours includes high-quality accommodation where possible.

 

MEDICAL

It is required that all participants are in good health before and while on tour.

If you have any medical problems, you must inform us before the commencement of the trip.

It must be understood that Dark Light Landscapes and our staff are not medical personnel and have no expertise in this area as medical Doctors. The tour vehicle carries a basic first aid kit for minor injuries only. Dark Light Landscapes accepts no responsibility for medications or lack of access to medicines. We suggest before leaving if you have any health problems or concerns you consult your physician for any advice regarding any medication/care needed. If you have any life-threatening conditions such as anaphylaxis, we suggest you bring along a partner/carer who is well informed of your condition and knows what to do in the event of an emergency. Other participants on the tour accept no responsibility regarding the provision of medical care. Dark Light Landscapes accepts no responsibility or liability regarding the provision of medical care.

 

INSURANCE

We recommended that you have the appropriate insurance for our trips.

Health Insurance, Emergency Medical Evacuation Insurance, Emergency Medical Expense Coverage, Trip Cancellation Insurance, Life Insurance, Baggage Loss and Delay Reimbursement and Equipment Insurance.

 

REFUND POLICY

To book a place on a Dark Light Landscape tour you need to pay the fee in full at the time of booking or at the very least a deposit fee. The deposit will secure your place on the tour and is NON-REFUNDABLE should you choose to cancel for any reason. The remaining balance of the cost is due 3 calendar months before the scheduled start date of the tour. If for some reason you have to cancel Dark Light Landscapes will make every effort to fill your place.

 

CANCELLATION

Dark Light Landscapes reserves the right to cancel any tour before the date due to a low number of participants or personal illness. In the event of a low number of participants or illness all Dark Light Landscapes tour fees and deposits will be refunded in full or may be transferred to another tour within 24 months of the previously booked trip.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF DARK LIGHT LANDSCAPES TOURS

This section defines our responsibility with respect to all of our adventures, please read it carefully:

Dark Light Landscapes is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses of whatever cause or nature, including those resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, detention, annoyance, weather, quarantines, strikes, civil disturbance, theft or criminal activity of any kind, government regulations, or any other occurrences over which there is no control.
